Refund Policy

Digital goods

Paid ChinaCopilot products (for example the Shanghai offline pack and taxi card) are digital goods delivered immediately after Stripe Checkout.

Our standard

Because unlocks and generated outputs are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once access is granted on your device or account.

If checkout charged you but unlock clearly failed (for example broken success URL or missing entitlement after a confirmed payment), email support@chinacopilot.app within 7 days with your Stripe receipt. We will repair access or arrange a refund through Stripe when the failure is on our side.

What we typically cannot refund

Change of mind after a successful unlock, dissatisfaction with AI risk notes that you disagree with, or travel outcomes that differ from checklists.

Duplicate purchases: contact us; we may consolidate access rather than refund every duplicate.

How to request help

Email support@chinacopilot.app with: product name, purchase email, Stripe payment/receipt id, and a short description of the problem.

Chargebacks: please contact us first so we can resolve access issues without a dispute.

Visa desk deposit

A visa-desk payment is a deposit toward document collection and handoff to an independent visa agent. It is not a government fee and not a promise of approval.

If we have not handed the file to the agent, email support@chinacopilot.app within 7 days of payment and we will refund the deposit through Stripe. After handoff, the deposit is generally not refundable. A later refusal by the embassy or exit-entry bureau is not an automatic refund. The unpaid balance is not charged in the deposit checkout.

Merchant of record

Stripe processes payment and may apply its own refund or dispute rules in addition to this policy.
