Agreement

By using https://chinacopilot.app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What ChinaCopilot is (and is not)

We provide educational navigation: checklists, official deep links, payment-pattern notes, place-name helpers, and optional paid productivity tools.

  • Not a law firm, visa agency, hotel, bank, or government office.
  • Not legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice.
  • Not a guarantee that any merchant accepts foreign cards or that any lodging registration form will be accepted by a specific 派出所 or hotel.
  • Hong Kong and mainland China rules differ; follow the path that matches where you are.

Free vs paid

Core journey checklists and navigation remain free. Paid tools (such as Contract Audit Pro and Relocation / lodging PDF features) unlock after successful checkout via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Prices are shown at checkout. Entitlements may be stored on your device after return from payment; keep your receipt.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse APIs, scrape third-party review platforms through our service, upload malware, attempt to bypass paywalls, or use outputs to harm others or break local law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for verifying official rules before you travel or sign documents.

AI and third-party content

Paid contract review uses automated models. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Always confirm with a licensed professional and official authorities before relying on them.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software are owned by ChinaCopilot or its licensors. You may not copy the product wholesale or resell unlocks.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for travel decisions, refused entry, payment declines at shops, or losses arising from reliance on checklists or tool outputs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant paid tool in the 30 days before the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).

Governing notes

These Terms are intended for international consumers buying digital goods online. Disputes should first be raised at support@chinacopilot.app. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply to checkout.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the Updated date will change. Material changes for paid users will be reflected on this page before new purchases.
