Can’t reach Nihao China customer service — what to do?

- Use any email/form published on the official store or Alipay international help pages (as shown that day).
- In the ticket include: passport country, error code, UTC time, device, and whether VPN was on.
- Start a backup payment path (links below) so you can eat, ride, and check in today.
- If you only need to pay: Tour Pass / foreign-card rails first — don’t wait for the ticket to close.
