Nihao China country/region not listed — what to do?
During signup or login, your passport country isn’t in the list (visitors have reported cases such as Myanmar), or submit fails with “region not supported.” That is usually an allow-list issue — not a one-tap mistake.

Likely causes
- Product has not enabled that passport issuing country/region
- List uses English country names; alternate spellings don’t match
- Older account region conflicts with the current passport
- Temporary policy / risk removal of some countries
What to try
- Search the list with the English official name (e.g. Myanmar) and scroll to confirm it’s truly missing.
- Do not pick a fake country to “get in” — against rules and risk of bans.
- If confirmed missing: stop Nihao China signup; use Alipay/WeChat visitor paths below.
- Keep a screenshot of the missing-country UI for support or later re-checks.
- For paying: use Places + payment guide — foreign cards, Tour Pass, and a little cash.
